- Authentic Movement

Authentic Movement (AM) offers a space to be present in the here and now, to arrive at yourself, to find a break in everyday life and to find space to move what wants to be moved.

The form in which we practice gives you the possibility to invite the not-knowing and to dive into your own flow of movement that arises out of the moment. An external witness accompanies this process. (S)he offers a non-judgmental presence to give you an invitation to show yourself in this moment in the way how you are right now. As a mover you follow the impulses of your own body letting the 'not-knowing' take the lead, allowing yourself to discover new facets of yourself. Accompanying people with your attention as a witness develops understanding about being and life. Writing and talking about your experiences in a non-judgmental way allows you to change your usual perspectives and habits.

This weekend gives you time for your own process of beginning or deepening Authentic Movement.
