- Body Psychotherapy Group for FLINTA*
DE+EN | 6 dates in a fixed group with max. 6 participants
In the body-oriented group for FLINTA*, methods from body psychotherapy, dance and movement therapy, and Somatic Experiencing® are applied.
The group offers a safe space where inner processes can be explored through movement and body experience. Through mindful awareness and targeted movement, unconscious patterns can be brought to light and worked through on both a physical and emotional level.
Possible thematic focuses of the group work include:
- Releasing tensions in the body and stored emotions
- Feeling and clearly setting personal boundaries
- Discovering anger as a source of power
- Strengthening compassion – for oneself and others
Who is this course for?
The course is aimed exclusively at FLINTA*. Previous experience in body-oriented work or therapeutic methods is not required. This group is open to anyone who is interested in a body-oriented approach.
What is the focus on?
The special focus is on a fixed, small group of a maximum of 6 FLINTA* who meet once a week to work together on various topics in a body-based way. This incorporates methods from dance and movement therapy as well as Somatic Experiencing®. Topics such as feeling boundaries, being in the body, finding relaxation and feeling strength are the focus of the work.
There is space for relaxation, movement and exchange, which creates a supportive atmosphere. The group consists of 6 fixed dates, and there is also the option of booking accompanying individual sessions.
