Body-Mind Centering®
DE+EN | 1x week | drop-in
Body-Mind Centering® is a creative method where each class can vary in its structure depending on the theme of the class. It can be more calm or more active. A regular practice supports the development of the inner creative potentical, self-efficacy and self-agency. The sharing of the inner experience with others enables an experience of connectedness without loosing ones diference.
Body-Mind Centering® is a somatic approach that exploring one’s body from the cellular to macro structures like body systems. Each class includes a somatic exploration on a theme. It is about one’s own embodiment of that theme through somatization, movement and touch. In the hour a body resonates in its own way. In doing so, a curious state of mind is invited to engage with what wants to emerge from the resonance. People can resonate in different ways, so that different movement impulses can result in a diversity in space, which still is connected by the mind of the body theme. How do different themes show up in one’s own experience? How do different themes show up in one’s own experience? Sharing about one’s own experience brings possibility of reflection and togetherness.

Ausführliche Seminarinformationen
What does Body-Mind Centering® mean?
Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®) explores the interaction and synergy of body and consciousness/mind in a deepening and playful way.BMC® invites us into the living and continuously changing inner being. This transformational journey strengthens our understanding of the expression of spirit/consciousness in and through the body.Microstructures of the body are explored, as well as space-consuming movement. A constant dialogue of perception, mindfulness, movement and action. The individual anatomy can be experienced in a lively way, which allows you to expand and change your own expression and personal perception.
What does practicing Body-Mind Centering® focus on?
Each practical unit includes a somatic exploration on a theme. It is about one’s own embodiment of that theme through somatization, movement and touch. Within the session a body resonates in its own way. In doing so, a curious state of mind is invited to engage with what wants to emerge from the resonance. People can resonate in different ways, so that different movement impulses can result in a diversity in space, which still is connected by the mind of the body theme. How do different themes show up in one’s own experience? Sharing about one’s own experience brings possibility of reflection and togetherness.
