Somatic Qi Gong
DE
In ‘Somatic Qi Gong’, the focus is on physical sensory experience, raising awareness of one's own well-being and that of fellow practitioners, as well as mindful self-awareness and perception of the world. The concepts of traditional Chinese Qi Gong form the basis, but are not the main focus.
Start the weekend with Somatic Qi Gong
In this 3-hour mini-workshop on Somatic Qi Gong, we will explore the entire body from head to toe. Starting on the floor, we will slowly come to a standing position and, through gentle exercises, experience the increasing lightness and connectedness of our movements as well as a soothing physical integration. The exercises in the course do not require any previous knowledge; the main focus is on experiencing how movements can arise from our body and its center:
- How am I connected to the floor that supports me?
- How does this enable me to gently straighten my body?
- How do I perceive my breath?
- How can my movements become lighter and my neck, shoulders, and back more relaxed?
- And above all: How can I practice and feel that my limbs and movements are connected, allowing me to experience harmony and physical-mental integration?
The focus varies depending on the workshop offered.
