Somatic Theatre

Together we explore the somatic possibilities and approaches in theatre with voice, body and imagination.

An invitation to set our emotions in motion and to express emotions through movement and imagination. An imaginative journey through inner images and the chance to discover your own body in a playful way and free it from social patterns.

Combines somatic methods with approaches from physical theatre, acting basics and physical and scenic improvisation.
We work with exercises from the Alexander technique, Feldenkreis, breathing techniques, somatic yoga, Tai Chi and acting exercises such as the Chekhov method.

In a further step, characters, scenes, texts and choreographies can be developed.
