C.A.R.E - Somatic movement for children and caregivers
C.A.R.E. is a comprehensive program that blends somatic movement practices with neuroscience and educational insights to foster holistic human development. By observing and understanding how we naturally develop through movement and non-verbal interaction, C.A.R.E. empowers participants to integrate these foundational principles into their personal and professional practices. Whether you're an educator, therapist, or someone interested in self-development, our approach provides practical, embodied tools to support growth, learning, and emotional resilience.
How can we accompany babies, children and adolescents individually and competently in the development process according to their needs?

C.A.R.E - Discover the Connection Between Body, Mind and Emotions
Jan 31, 2025 - Apr 03, 2026 | 6 Modules
We warmly invite you to join a unique training program that combines theoretical insights with physical practice. The C.A.R.E. program integrates principles from Body-Mind Centering®, Feldenkrais, and Neurophysiological Psychology to explore, embody, and teach the connection between our physiological development and emotions. This understanding can enrich your life and enhance your work with others.
Key Pedagogical Elements of the Program:
- Developmental Foundations: C.A.R.E. begins by observing how human beings develop from the earliest stages (prenatal, infancy, early childhood) and how movement and attachment influence learning. The neurobiological foundations of learning, such as nervous system function and the development of trauma, form the pedagogical cornerstones of the course.
- Learning through Experience: Participants learn through embodied experience. Movement-based activities foster a deep understanding of developmental processes, with theoretical information supporting personal reflection and learning.
- Learning as a Lifelong Process: C.A.R.E. is for those who want to deepen their understanding of learning as an ongoing developmental process—whether working with children, adults, or focusing on their own personal growth.
Who is this program for?
- Teachers, social workers, youth professionals, seeking new ways to help children and adolescents grow through body awareness and embodied learning.
- Parents who wish to better understand how movement and mindfulness can enhance their children’s emotional and physical well-being.
- For those seeking to develop emotional and physical support and well-being and to assist others in doing the same.
- Whether you are experienced in these areas or new to them, this program will offer you valuable tools to develop your understanding and practice while helping others find greater balance and resilience.

- Learn techniques to support your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
