Jo Koppe
Continuum teacher | Somatic researcher | Sociolgist | Embodied Social Justice
Jo is on a continuous journey of weaving, integrating and sharing a variety of different experiences, practices and perspectives that help us to connect more deeply with ourselves, each other and the more-than-human world. He has studied dance as well as sociology and gender studies, and has worked as a performer and dramaturg, anti-bias trainer, personal assistant for people with disabilities and in end-of-life care, among other things. Since 2022 he has been teaching the somatic movement research method Continuum, in which we use breath, sound, movement, imagery and conscious awareness as portals to experience fundamental principles of our aliveness and use them as a source of renewal.
